The Lady who checked us in last night was absolutely wonderful. She was very sweet, pleasant and did not fuss when we alerted her to us having a service dog. She quily just put us in a room in which they normally would have dogs in without any fuss or hassle. The night security guard was also really friendly and helpful!

Doesn’t seem like the clean the rooms…
Check in was ok as was the lobby. The issue is with cleanliness in the rooms. It generally doesn’t feel like there was much cleaning done whatsoever. There was hair and dirt in the bathroom and socks left behind the toilet (not ours) that are pretty hard to miss. And we definitely could hear a man talking at 11:45 pm in a room next to us. It wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been but I can’t imagine being next to someone who was talking for longer or with multiple people in a room. Finally, it absolutely smelled musty/smoky upon entry, like there had been no air flow in there for awhile. Fortunately, turning the AC on helped but it wasn’t a pleasant welcome into the room. I guess this works as a one night stay for an earlier flight but it’s about as bottom of the barrel as you’d get for a two-star hotel.
