The blinds would not close i did not have any privacy. The water was not hot. The toilet was stopped up. That was the worse hotel stay. I dont feel like i should have to pay!!!!

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, valet service was excellent at all times. The restaurant advertised was a bit misleading, when I asked if they were open I was told they were out of some things and therefore not open, it didn’t appear to be open at any point. Front desk staff, however, did tend to the bar efficiently.
