Upon arrival, the lobby was clean and well maintained and the staff that we spoke to was very nice. However, we did not get any information for the wifi, breakfast times, and other information that is usually provided when checking into a hotel. We had to call multiple times to get the wifi information.
The room upon first glance was okay. The room did have some dust and had old drink stains on the counters and nightstands, one of the bedside laps was not working, the phone looked as if it had not be cleaned in months, and the remote for the TV was not working. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival and the toilet had obviously not be cleaned before our arrival. We also never received any new towels or wash cloths and never had anyone come in to clean our rooms or even ask. Also on the day of checkout, around 11:30, someone (i assumed the maid?) came to our door to ask if we planned to leave at 12 or stay over. This was rude and kind of ironic as we never saw any other cleaning staff any other day but they were able to show up to ask if we planned to leave on time.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and would only recommend this place if someone needed a quick place to lay their heads. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming, but they need to update their cleaning standards.
