Overall nice place to says. Friendly staff. Unfortunatley, the basin in bathroom let them down. It wouldn't drain. Asked for someone to fix, which they di. However when I came back to room there was a lot of what can only be describer as 'debris' on the floor. Shame as i would have give 5 otherwise.

Ascotia off Queen cannot be beaten on value for money and service. The staff were friendly, attentive and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The food was affordable and delicious, and drinks were so competitively priced that we chose to use the bar rather than walk into town. Even our minor issue was dealt with promptly and with such a high level of customer service that we felt valued and looked after. The rooms might not be the biggest, and the location might mean the need for the odd Uber back up the hill for some, but this definitely would not deter us from booking again. We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.
