Overall My Stay Was Awesome. The Only Issue I Jad Was The Minimal Food Options On Sunday. There Were Not Many Options In Ballys To Choose From, But We Made It Work

No workers. No one at check in or check out was available to help me. After 30 min, a rude girl showed up and berated us for standing in the wrong line. Refused to direcr us to elevators and made jokes at our expense. Terrible!

The pictures of the room online looks amazing, nothing like the room. We had mold in the bathroom, the furniture was chipping and old the rooms need to be renovated. I let the front desk lady about i. She told me i should of let them know at the beginning. She was right about that, i didnt. I didnt noticed it until later and we didnt get back in the hotel room until later that night. Then when i checked out i received a phone call from the front desk on my cellphone telling me that i need to leave the room. I told them i was in my car, she then said no you are not and said that housekeeping said i was still there. I drove back there spoke to a manager and told him what happen. All he said was i dont know what happen and who called you my apologies. I let him know about the room and my complaints and told him this was my first and last time staying at Bally's.

The updated Junior Suite was nice. Very spacious. Awesome tub. Pillows could’ve been better. Some weird rusty spots in the closet/shower. Hallway noise was quite loud. Elevators were slow to come when called but Fast getting you to the floor you wanted. Carousel Bar was cool, great bartenders. Casino is definitely dated and on the small side, card tables weren’t open any of the times we were in there. 15 minute walk in either direction to any other casino.
