Not a good stay at all!
Room service never came even one day after being told they would if we were to request it, which I did. It was a thick smell of cigarettes in the hallways. The floor where you get breakfast was nasty and so were the tables in the dining area. Couldn't even get trash bags because "noone was there with a key" when we tried to throw some things away before leaving. Also was told housekeeping would come by twice before being told they'd left for the day. And had to ask for towels on 2 separate occasions because I guess the front desk just forgot. It was one of the MOST uncomfortable stays I've ever had. The rooms were not very clean. There was female hair in the shower and an unpleasant odor. Not going to be back.

My room was dirty and the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. The elevator sounded like it was about to fall apart. The walls were so thin you could hear everything going on in the other rooms and hallway and the bedroom window was facing the hallway with basically see through curtains. I felt really unsafe in my room at night and anytime I had to leave the room. It smelled like weed in the patio area and some hallways. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the TV didn't work. Housekeeping never came by either to take out the trash. If I had to choose between staying here again or not going on another trip I'd stay home. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

The staff was fantastic. It was incredibly loud due to people racing each night which is unfortunately outside of anyone's control. The hotel parking made me feel a little safer because it is not accessible from the street.

Not worth it
When we got to the hotel we were told parking would be included in our stay. That is not the case we were charged an extra $25 a night for parking. When we got to our room the sheets were dirty and had wholes in them. And had hair all in the sheets as well. When we asked the manager about getting a new room or just getting a refund he just gave us a refund and said you can go somewhere else. Not a very good manager to just leave a problem and not want to fix it. But also a lot of homeless people in this area as well. Made it feel a little sketchy than the pictures.

I did not enjoy finding out that my room was not located on a closed floor but rather had a door to the outside, that should have been stated prior to me booking. Being a woman who as traveling alone I did not feel safe.
