I like that they offered a shuttle to the airport, we had to Uber from the airport because no-one was answering the phones. The breakfast was pretty good as usual, for some reason there was no apple juice for 3 days. Everyone preparing omelettes should model V’s preparation hers were the best! The first tub definitely needs to be resurfaced, we were moved to another room, which also needed updates but I at least felt safe getting in the tub. Overall it was an okay stay. Id give 3 out of 5.

I stayed 5 nights on this hotel and the whole staff was nice and the room was clean and very comfortable but the only problem was the extra payable parking, you have to pay extra for every night and bother so much that you have to go through a gate every single time you go in and out just from the parking spot

I stay at this hotel a few times a year. This time there was a mix up with the room, but the hotel made accommodations, which actually ended up better than what we originally had (2 king suites instead of 1 double suite). This time around there was a man in the lobby around midnight asking people if they had Cashapp. I was honestly a bit scared and kept walking. Not sure why this was not noticed by the staff, or why he was there, but I was not happy about it. Breakfast was great. Conditioner in room was out, but they delivered a new bottle with no problem.

Not a pleasant stay this time
There were cockroaches in the wet bar sink, carpet and bathroom! Not to mention the bathroom is unclean. The receptionist did not seem to care at all, when I brought this to his attention. I travel with three small children, including my infant baby so it’s a very unpleasant experience for us. Embassy Suites used to be one of our favorite hotels. We have our monthly work meetings at the Arcadia ( branch in California) , and whenever I am on tour for business, we usually stay at Embassy Suites and we have always had a satisfactory experience . So in short, this kind of service was very unexpected and I am appalled at the lack of empathy thr staff showed. We couldn’t sleep or shower peacefully ! I will need a refund because nobody with a family should have to undergo such an experience, especially after we travelled nearly six hours- with the expectation of a good night’s sleep at least.
