Only valet parking at such a high rate is ridiculous. AC in the room was terrible. I had to keep it on 60 just to keep the room manageable. AC in the ballrooms didn’t work well. The fridge was not turned on. The microwaves upstairs were so slow and took forever to heat anything.The bed was HORRIBLE!! I hurt for days after sleeping on it. We never received housekeeping services during our stay. Didn’t get trash emptied, fresh linens or beds made. Rain shower head was WAY TO BIG for the small size of the tub.

This place is nasty amd everything you see online is a lie . The pool stated that it was heated but was SUPER COLD the room was very humid and smell of wet rug . The sheets were not clean to top it off the water heater didn’t work properly so the water was luke warm to cold . I just regret booking this hotel for my birthday experience hated it
