TheX hotel was a bit rundown. Meeting rooms are dark obvious repairs were needed. Service was very spotty. While some of the staff were friendly and helpful some were neither. The front desk person ignored me completely, talking to the airline employees behind me as if I weren’t there. They failed to turn in my laundry/dry cleaning, causing me to look wrinkled and rumpled at a business meeting. Food was ok. Room was clean
