Perfect for gamedays, university events, downtown happenings, or just a weekend visit to the Classic City. We have all the amenities of home: A two car garage, smart TV with cable and other entertainment apps, free wifi, Keurig, complete kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds (Extra pull-out sofa downstairs). Very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed having the garage in which to park. We could walk to several eating establishments. It would be a great place to stay for football weekend.

Excellent location, spotless as usual and loads of towels. Five of us stayed for UGA graduation and could walk to the stadium etc. Owner was very responsive to enquiries and helpful. Great stay again (it's our third time booking this property)

Great spot in Athens GA
Clean, comfortable space with plenty of room for a family or friend group. Centrally located in Athens within close distance of all attractions. Secure garage for parking our vehicle was also appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to those taking a trip to the Classic City!

The location was great for visiting our daughter in the dorms. Walking distance to downtown, the dorms and campus. Clean and spacious townhome with parking. We would definitely stay here again!

The listing is very accurate. The home was comfortable, clean, well-located, and had everything we needed. I also enjoyed the great water pressure in the shower! We had a very busy weekend and enjoyed returning to the house to relax. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Location for a "Stay-cation"!
Very nice, quiet, and private location. The townhouse is beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms are very nice sizes as well as the bathrooms. The property manager was great with communication and responses. Overall A great experience for my birthday and I would definitely rent again in the future!
