From the moment you climb the stairs, you are welcomed by a large timber deck, screened by lush tropical gardens. Enjoy the ocean breezes that rustle through the treetops from this peaceful private zone, for your comfort the owners have also installed air conditioning.
The open plan kitchen and lounge area spills out on to the front deck through double glass sliding doors creating a continual flow, perfect for entertaining. Travel upstairs to an open loft bedroom complete with single bed and trundle and a secret walk-in closet.
The main bedroom with Queen bed and fan will also appeal with a secluded leafy outlook and timber louvers that open out to catch the cooling breezes. Conveniently situated next to the main bedroom is a spacious light filled bathroom.
There is a small laundry and undercover carport with storage cage for your convenience.

All this is within walking distance to Spooky s beach, the green pools, national park and Angourie s famous surf point.

Yamba Shopping Fair is Yamba's largest shopping centre and nearest hub for any required shopping. This facility includes a Coles, KMART, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside the complex are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.

Angourie and Snooky Beach
Great location but the setup of the unit left a lot to be desired. No coffee or milk, no cleaning products for an end of stay clean. building works next door from 7 am and the cafe and restaurant next door were closed. The restaurant sold and cafe owners had “gone surfing” The TV did not play Hidefinition content, annoying but a first world problem. The agent was not interested in our feedback
