My biggest complaint was the airport van service, I had to wait half an hour for him to show up after I called them, and then this morning was told he was leaving at 7:30, which gave me 10 minutes for breakfast and he did not show until 8 a.m. I could have finished the breakfast and coffee. Little things like that can get frustrating. And the long walk down the hallway to my room 1045, was also almost too much for an 87 year old. Will I book again, probably not.
