I hardly ever write reviews, but this one needs it. We stayed here because my travel buddy had a great experience previously. Unfortunately, that was not the case on this trip. Their system was down when we got there to check-in. It was a mess. The only reason this isn't a one star is because they held our bags for us and Maria at the front desk was nice. We came back a few times after check in time only to be told they still could not check us in. Our room was okay. The baseboards in the bathroom were coming off the wall and overall, the bathroom seemed a little dirty with hair on the floors that weren't ours. The shower took forever to get warm, and the sink had hardly any water pressure. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable...too firm and lopsided. Both of us were very uncomfortable and the sheets and blankets were really thin. We were freezing at night because we could not get the AC to turn off, no matter how many times we pressed the off button. Maria at the front desk was great. She tried really hard to help us while we couldn't check in and keep her cool when other guests were being rude. Sadly, will not be staying here again.

Was charged $20/night for parking after I verifed with two separate employees who worked at the motel via phone and message through expedia on 2/8/24, that parking would be included. Parking is apparently no longer included as of 2/7/24 and I was not informed ahead of time or given notice after i made the reservation. The employee that checked me in was rude, unhelpful, and told me "i cant do anything about it?" The price for parking itself is not a big deal, its whatever, but i would've liked to be informed ahead of time, so i could have time to decide if i wanted to stay with the property or rebook somewhere else.

Great distance from the park, quick check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Rooms are a little dated, shower didnt get as hot as i would have like it, plumbing was ify, having to flush the toilet multiple times for a toddler pee and little toilet paper was ridiculous to me but managble.
