Staff were SUPER friendly and informative. Location was great, close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. Easy walking distance to all the canal districts. We had a double x double room that was nice and modern, but felt it had an undersized bathroom considering the room having 4 occupants. Things like only having 2 towel racks and the toilet in a weird position made it not very functional. The bar and restaurant were both fantastic. Free morning tea/coffee facilities near the lobby were a lovely touch.
