Appreciated 24-hour manned desk and visible security patrol. Place is as expected for price pint. Hot water to sink faucet did not come up except in the morning following a shower. Ice machines were on but no ice on our floor and main floor. Were able to get ice at lobby.

Everything was good, been staying in the hotel on and off different days because family in hospital..only thing I didn't like was how in every room I stayed in , the tub drain would clog and start holding water. Other than that, perfect place, location, staff.. Thank you.

People Make The Difference
Interesting morning ! I went in for my shower, to find a couple of inches of brackish water rising from the tub drain. Several rooms in our wing had the same problem. A main drain line was clogged and backing up. So, I could stop there and focus on the problem. Know what ? Plumbing problems happen... and in a hotel they're a big problem. What I want to focus on is the speed, efficiency and thoughtfullness with which the staff countered. Big Bosses, maintenance folks, room attendants were instantly up and down the halls, helping guests get to rooms in another wing. Families with kids and Seniors were getting appropriate special attention. I chose to visit the pool / workout facility and get my shower there. There's no such place as one that never has problems. There are places who care, prioritize, and solve problems. Querque is one. Stay Here ! Thanx, RD

I stayed during off season. Keep in mind it’s affordable and right off the freeway. The building only had 1 working elevator, so if you have bags, you might have to carry them up the stairs. The parking lot was well lit, but the area is not the safest. The beds were comfortable and clean. New carpet in room. No strange smells. If you are a light sleeper the noise from the freeway may bother you. As others have mentioned, you can hear whatever is happening in the hallways. The bathroom was clean. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion were provided. The bathroom has no ventilation, so it will get steamy quick. Furniture paint was peeling because of the steam. It’s a decent hotel. Good for a night.

Great Stay
Everything is great for the cost. The building is a little old and currently undergone renovation. The hot water may take a while to kick in for some part of the hotel. I love the pool and gym. Perfect time to relax and recharge.
