Hi Amy, thank you for taking the time to review us. I will be passing your comments onto our cleaners and I appreciate you advising of the issues. I'll also look at the ironing board. The lamp in the lounge is on a switch on the wall as opposed to on the lamp itself. We've chosen not to be one of those resorts with notes everywhere, so I'm sorry if this was an inconvenience.
