Manager of reception area was very responsive and helpful. All of the staff are very friendly too. The hotel is a marble palace. Lobby beautiful. I wish they had more western choices for breakfast but I still got what I needed. The room was comfortable and large. The bathroom needs to be more clean. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and will always use this hotel when I’m in the area.
