I thought the signage was lacking or where to park to sign in to the hotel. I believe I got a violation, but it blew off in the wind, so I never got a chance to read it. I got parked, could not find a sign that told me where the elevators were to go up to the rooms. When I got to the room and opened the door. There was luggage on the couch. I immediately called the front desk, and they called security which came up. It appears that the person who was in the room before me extended his stay, but the kiosk system was not aware of that and assigned me to the same room. After driving all day, having trouble finding the room, and having to go back to the front desk to get it resolved was a bit much. But I do have to say that the staff was excellent.
