I recently stayed at the Emerald Beach Hotel, opting for a Corner Bayview room in the main building, and I must say, the experience was notably pleasant.
The room was spacious, boasting large windows that offered breathtaking views of the water—a highlight that significantly enhanced my stay. In terms of value, the room was priced reasonably, reflecting a good balance between cost and the amenities provided.
It is evident that the hotel could greatly benefit from a modern update and cosmetic improvements to bring it up to date with contemporary standards. Despite the hotel showing signs of wear, typical of older beachfront properties, the level of cleanliness was commendable.
Although I didn't use the hotel's amenities, it was clear that the real gems here were the customer service and the stunning views from my room. My encounters with everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and groundskeepers, were friendly and engaging. Staff worked diligently, maintaining the hotel's tidiness and smooth operation. Their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed.
The Emerald Beach Hotel, despite showing signs of wear, offers an experience that's worth it if you're willing to overlook its aesthetic flaws. It's a reminder that sometimes, the warmth of hospitality and the beauty of nature are all you need for a truly special experience.
