Main problem is the bed. Mattress was very uncomfortable causing back & hip to hurt. I did have an issue with the fan on heating unit running all night. I informed the front desk and it was handled. Made it a lot quieter!

I did not get a chance to stay because my twins at home. When I called to cancel booking the women was very nasty. I wasn’t supposed to pay until I arrived but they checked me in anyways and charged my card. I was able to get a refund but the women on the phone was very nasty. I understand policy but I also understand things happen that causes us to have quick plan changes.
