Mystic Dunes was recommend by a friend and I would highly recommend to others. The place was spacious, clean and had a kitchen which was what I was looking for when booking. Location is close to Disney parks, lots of food options close by and grocery stores. It has great pools and activities. Easy check in and express check out. If I had to be really picky and give a negative, the only thing I would have to say is that the place is dark, it lacks natural light. But we were out during the day anyways and it absolutely is not even a deal breaker. Would return in a heart beat.

The property was very nice. My only complaints are that the shower was a poor design, as the water over flowed onto the floor every use and we had to soak it up with our towels until we made a “dam” with towels to help stop that. There were no filters for the coffee maker so we bought creamer but couldn’t use it.

The suites were beautiful and had everything readily available for our stay. The grouds were nice as were the pools. There was renovations going on while we were there but we were not disturbed by any noise. The only downside were the beds. They definitely need some new mattresses as ours were uncomfortable and the pullout couch mattress was quite lumpy.

The property was clean , quiet , suite was spacious Also one positive thing i liked is the fast response through text messages with the front desk and the rapid response and service What i did not like was : i originally booked through expedia and when i arrived at check in i was asked to pay extra fees ( hidden fees ) for entertainment in the resort though i told them i am not using these options but it was mandatory and it was roughly 330 cad $ Also the washroom of the master room did not have a door to close so no privacy Another thing, the agent at front desk asked if we would like to hear presentation about GVH system points ( basically time share ) and that there is no obligation or pressure at all , so we decided to hear but they were very pushy wanted us to sign and they alternate three sales persons on us but we declined it , they said two hours but we spent three hours in total and our morning that day was ruined In total the stay was nice , thank you

I never stayed at Mystic Dunes, they took my money from hotels .com and when I arrived, I was advised that there were no rooms available.
