We had the best stay at this resort. The staff went above and beyond to provide for all the guests and the amenities are delightful! Right on the beach with gorgeous views and activities all day and night! By booking with Expedia we received special treatment and added benefits. Can’t recommend this experience enough! We felt so taken care of and I can’t speak highly enough of every staff member we met.

Property is gorgeous. Proximity to Marina is great for access to transportation and activities. Unfortunately a non swimming beach but seeing whales all day every day makes up for that. The drinks are not good at most places except Tortuga where Luis? made the best drinks. The food leaves much to be desired as well as the service. Buffet only for breakfast, was the same every day. The cupcake cafe was great. Attempted to get a king size bed which was apparently too challenging. I would be back for the views and the beach/hot tubs.

You always wonder if the 2nd time will be as good as the first, and it was! This was our 2nd time at this resort and it was just as good as I remember. Great service, very clean and modern hotel. The food was overall very good and it's easy to do everything. Some others resorts have extra hoops to jump through at the restaurants, for example. Sandos makes it easy - no hoops. And everyone is very friendly and looking to help make things go smoothly. Looking forward to the next time!
