A convenient location being across from the beach, but I personally would rather walk a block back on Kūhiō. This is not the hotel for quiet relaxation. It was very noisy all the time. There is no quiet lounging by the pool as music and bar is in the same location. Biggest pitfall, the hotel is not very accommodating. No courtesy suite available for use for those flying out late at night. Late checkout was not easy. They continuously told us they could more easily accommodate us if we upgraded our room. Late checkout is $30/hr and only if they don’t have the room booked right after. If you have a late flight out and they can’t accommodate a late checkout, you are out of luck. Property is dated. Could use some sprucing up.

Wonderful! We would recommend this hotel to our friends. We really appreciated the refillable water station and bottles. Our only recommendation is to have more umbrellas and chairs available...very disappointing when none are available.

So the location is very good. The price is good too. There breakfast is good enough. However, the view from the breakfast area is over the top awesome. I actually can't imagine staying anywhere else in Waikiki given all the above reasons.

Very very disappointed Know that there is a $400 room charge if the system detects any kind of smoke, which in our case included tea light candles being blown out, steam from the shower and curling iron Unable to receive a call or email back from corporate when I tried to appeal the charges. Horrible communication Absolutely unacceptable, not sure it is advertised that they have a smoke detection system Very upset Extremely frustrating Ruined our trip Will not go back to this hotel Also elevator system can take up to 3-4 minutes to wait for almost every time Do NOT recommend staying here
