For an airport hotel to have no food service or room service after 11pm at night is poor. Many travellers arrive after delayed flights to a hotel only to find this lack of service. Disappointed to have to go to sleep on an empty stomach. Otherwise hotel is nice.

all of my stays here I’ve always been top-notch, but the last day left me a little unhappy. I extended my stay due to a flight cancellation, as this is a perfect hotel to use if you’re just transferring flights, and need to spend one night. I was given an issue at the front desk by a untrained gentleman about the type of room I had booked even though I’m a platinum Hotels.com. Then, I was given two bottles of water in the room, which I drank, and then I was required to purchase additional bottles. I’ve never been asked to purchase water overseas before at a hotel. otherwise, the food here is amazing. The rooms are very clean. The restaurant they have on property is fantastic.

The hotel is amazing and wonderful. It’s clean and tidy and rooms are spacious. The breakfast is delightfull and the Expedia VIP 10 euro discount amazing. Staff at checkout are too slow, system to check in or out can be improved. Staff had to ask other about VIP Expedia discount voucher and then Joe to apply to bill. Front of house is your first and leaving impression, but everything else amazing.
