The staff was nice. Concierge was a waste of time. Food leaves much to be desired. Reservations are a pain. Shows were just okay, barely. Room service was awful, brought us raw pizza. Pools were nice enough. Get your chairs early. Ocean was very rough and beach area with narrow. Beach was really not walkable. Room was nice and had no issues with cleaning/towels, etc.

A wonderful 1 week vacation. All staff and entertainers are wonderful people. Attentive and courteous, always willing to do whatever is needed to assist. Entertainers Israel, Ruben, Nina, Leo and Christian all found a way to interact with many guests and are so wonderful at their jobs. The nightly shows in the theater were very entertaining. They all involved very skilled dancing, beautiful costumes and talented signing! It is not a very large resort - everything is within walking distance and there is no need for trolleys and trams. However, despite not being super large, everything works. The restaurants change it up very well and the restaurant food is most definitely not just recycled buffett food. They do an exceptional job of keeping things fresh despite, of course, the inevitable repetitive nature of some of their pool games and foods. All foods were great and very tasty, there is definitely something for everyone. Drinks have variety and the bartenders and servers are top notch. Highly recommend GR Solaris, thanks for a great time!!

Beds were comfy, rooms clean. Everyone was really friendly. They were constantly cleaning bathrooms and windows. Food had good flavor and you could always find something to eat. Drinks were well made and cold. Plenty of activities. Beach was clean. We only left the property once to go shopping and have dinner. It was a $25 cab ride for 4 of us. Nothing really walkable other than another hotel but it worked for what we wanted.
