Overall we really enjoyed our time at Beloved. It’s a quieter more intimate resort that truly lends to a relaxing vacation. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, with enjoyable live music most nights. What prevents me from giving it 5 stars is the food. For the price point and considering there is no buffet for lunch or dinner, I would expect the food amongst the restaurants to be more better. The breakfast buffet is lacking, and some restaurants were decent with others being just okay to not great. Would this prevent me from going again? Not necessarily…it’s passable and you can manage. It just doesn’t feel it’s on the same level as the rest of the resort and some other resorts I’ve attended in the same (or sometimes lesser) price point.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hospitality was above and beyond from the moment we stepped foot on the property and was consistent throughout our stay. The facilities were beautiful and exceptionally well cared for. Staff were all incredibly friendly, polite, and accommodating! I didn’t want to leave until I could book another trip back. The spa service was especially exceptional and a highlight of the trip. Never left the resort because there didn’t feel like a need to with the service and experience we had there.

The Beloved property was excellent in every category. The smaller/‘couples only’ classification made it feel very intimate and quiet. The 5 restaurants had a wide variety of gourmet options, with excellent service, in all areas. The facility was immaculate, and actively maintained. Beach and pool amenities were very nice. Only negative was the spa pricing—seemingly’over-the-top’ for most, though they did provide one complimentary service—which we thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful first stay at the Beloved. The service is top notch and beyond what I imagined. It is quiet and the property is very well maintained and clean. We had a ocean view with terrace plunge pool which was amazing. The dining options were plentiful and drinks were delish. Highly recommend if you are looking to get pampered and spoiled with your S.O.

We stayed at Beloved Playa Mujeres for 5 nights and it was the best all-inclusive vacation we ever had. The resort is couples only, so it was very serene and peaceful. I enjoyed meeting other like minded people. The food and facilities were exceptional. I loved the variety of cuisines and the quality of ingredients. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an amazing private pool front patio. The spa was a highlight, offering relaxing hydrotherapy treatment. The resort also had plenty of activities to keep us entertained, such as nightly entertainment. What made this resort stand out was the incredible service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. I want to give a special shout out to Guadalupe from the Bocadito food truck, who made the best tacos and nachos. Elvis from the Lupita lounge, who kept us entertained with his jokes and stories. Luis from the pool service, who always brought us fresh towels and drinks. Christian, the general manager, who checked on us every day and made sure we had everything we needed. And Ambar and Jesus from the Lupita steakhouse, who served us the most delicious steak. I would highly recommend Beloved Playa Mujeres to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and luxurious vacation. It is truly a paradise on earth. I can't wait to go back and experience it again.
