Due to water park, large crowds, if you’re staying here, tickets do sell out, unable to use the facilities. Long wait times just get on elevators. I check in my room paid for ocean view, my room was partial view if your sideways. Room was nice, no wash clothes. I was told they didn’t have any, the truck didn’t come. Water stand when you take shower. It’s just poorly setup, but has potential to be nice family facility. You pay resort fee and do not get resort experience. Staff is not friendly at all, it seems chaotic especially on Saturday check in. Also they do birthday parties, which should be done separately from people staying to enjoy facility. It’s to much chaos there.

Not too quiet…thin walls.
Long wait, one customer reception was chatting so long…, ours was unsure of the wifi password & if there was a safe in the room. Our room was ok but for the very thin walls in between. You could hear the next door neighbor’s sneeze. Not a quiet stay on our Friday night stay. The rooms were the towers next to the Island Park. Previous stays by Bourbon tower were good. I should’ve asked for that area. Parking is $25/day.
