Prime Hotel Beijing Wangfujing
2 Wangfujing Avenue Dongcheng District, Beijing
"The location is very convenient, near the subway (5/7 min walking), and in a walking distance to the food night market, which was a nice experience. I enjoyed staying there, my room was very comfortable. The overall cleanness was good, my only complaint on this matter was about the bathtub, which didn't seem completely clean, so I ended up not using it (it had some small hair on it, maybe for staying a long time without anyone using it, but they should keep this type of thing super clean). The staff in general was very nice and welcoming, giving good tips about tours and places to visit - but not always speaks English (although they always found a way or to call someone who does, or to communicate in some way). However, they should be better prepared to deal with foreigners: Beijing is not an easy city to walk around when you don't speak Chinese to ask for directions. I know it was partly my fault, because I didn't check it beforehand, but I didn't know how to arrive to the hotel, so I called the concierge, who was very nice to me, but it took me literally half an hour with her on the phone to walk a 5/7 minutes distance (remember that taxis won't know even the name of the hotel if it's not written in Chinese). It was not a good start in Beijing for me, but after that I enjoyed the hotel and the city! "
