Spa massage was heaven. Scuba diving unreal. All GREAT! !"

"Me and my wife stayed at Adaaran Prestige for our honeymoon for five days between October 25th and November 1st 2015. (so we have fresh info guys!) That was an amazing honeymoon and we think that everyone should see this island and Adaaran Prestige Hotel. The staff were very helpful, food which is very important was fantastic, rooms were clean and we felt "private" during our whole holiday. Also the sea, the atoll, the beach as well as the nature of the island was amazing! Our villa (room 812, "sunset" room, highly recommended!) was located exactly over a coral reef. We saw lots of gorgeous fishes and marine creatures even "under" our water villa and the small guys were so amazing that we were fascinated with them and surprised about how so many beautiful creatures (of which we even don't have any idea about their names) live in such a clean and wonderful environment! Our butler, Asif was a very kind and hardworking guy and took care of our every need immediately. We also met with the (if I'm not mistaken) Sri Lankan chef cook, who is a nice man and cooks the very delicious, 5-star and well-presented meals. (Man, those were the best beef we've ever tasted! We salute you!)In short, everything was exactly perfect, that was a real dreamy pleasure holiday and was really relaxing! Look forward to visiting that paradise-on-earth as soon as possible! 6 out of five!"

"Kuredu is a very large resorts, and unlikely you can get bored as there are so many activities. Guest nationality is British, German, Russian, other European with some Asians and hardly anyone from The Americas.Organization is excellent and everything runs like a Swiss watch. Food in the buffet restruants is above average - good job on the fresh pasta, grilled fish and meat, salad bar and a brilliant desert table. The only negative was the cheese table featured processed cheeses - really out of place with the quality of the rest of the meals.They advertise free internet but that is only for 100MB per day, which is not enough to allow even casual browsing. So expect to pay an extra $20 per day for lousy Internet.The scuba diving is a mix of the usual easy outreef and giri dives and the more difficult dives located at the corners of channels that slice their way through the atoll. In the right (fast) currents, these channel dives are where you will get the most shark action. And in fact I did get to see one Tiger Shark, which is a rare and special experience. If you like the harder dives, big fish, big currents, you are better off with the men dive guides - the women dive guides are too conservative and you likely won't have many good dives, particularly if you like diving close to edges of your dive computer. Scootering is popular and a good choice to experience the big canyon dives.The par 3 golf course is interesting."

"A simple, small hotel right in the center of Male. Everything I needed for a overnight stay plus day use of a room while waiting for my flight home. The staff were excellent and managed all my arrangements perfectly. I had three meals in the restaurant and each one was clearly freshly prepared and tasty. No ocean views, beaches or leisure facilities, but very adequate for my purpose. "

"Relatively new hotel, 2 years old.Food:Good choice for the breakfast buffet. Lunch/dinner: plenty of choices. We opted for the a-la-carte menu on almost every night, except the New Year gala and a couple of special nights such as ''lobster night'', etc.The menu provides plenty of decent priced items and good quality food, well prepared.Drinks: a bit on the high side, depending obviously on where you live. For us 9USD for a beer seems a bit steep, but in other parts of the world, Scandinavia or Singapore, it might look like a bargain.Room:Spacious, a bit noisy on windy nights, but I guess all water villas are like that.Mini-fridge: was rarely refilled properly, we had to call reception and the butler a couple of times.Toiletry: again, they forget about refilling with shower gel and shampoo. Dive-center: 683USD for a scuba dive course: again, a bit on the high side, when you can do this in Europe for about 300Euro. But definitely worth a dive as the reef if amazing and full of sea-life. Speaking of which, you can see reef sharks, turtles and stingrays just outside your room!All in all a good experience "

"I had a wonderful stay with my wife at Villu reef. We took 2 nights at beach house that was facing east to watch sunrise and 2 nights at sunset water bungalow to enjoy the sunset from our rooms. The food, stay, rooms and customer service was great. The only issue I had was that on the last day one of the waiters at the restaurant was flirting with my wife and was going too far with that. I refrained from complaining about him to his manager just not to spoil the whole mood. "

"We used this hotel three days surrounding a liveaboard diving trip and found it very convenient and comfortable (Expedia, however, expects 3 reviews for these separately booked days...). My brother stayed an extra day at the end to make a later flight, and recommends the beachfront restaurant next door for eats and view. Be prepared for instant coffee, not brewed, at the hotel...(our otherwise wonderful boat was the same)."

"Kihaad is a good place to stay in Maldives. We were staying in reserved beach villa which was very close to the beach, swimming pool and dining place. Non veg food was good as well and hotel staff provided spicy food as requested by us. Everything at Kihaad is awesome except that there are small worms in and around villa and lizards outside door during night. I would recommend this place to my friends"
