When you think of the NSW Central Coast, the first thing that springs to mind is the beach. Just 90 minutes from Sydney, \u2018the Coast\u2019 is spoilt with stretches of perfect coastline, with not a parking meter in sight. From Terrigal to Avoca, The Entrance to Copacabana, there are more than forty beaches to choose from \u2013 and each one a little piece of paradise.<\/p>\n

But there\u2019s plenty more to this region than it\u2019s unspoiled coastline. In fact, it\u2019s a fantastic destination for any time of year \u2013 even after your summer beach days have finished. From eating out to outdoor adventures, here are five ways to enjoy the Central Coast that don\u2019t involve filling your shoes (and car) with sand.<\/p>\n

1. The local food scene<\/strong><\/h3>\n

No matter what part of the coast you visit, you\u2019re bound to find a good bite to eat. If you\u2019re feeling fancy, the award-winning Bells At Killcare<\/a> is a must-do. It combines a classic Italian menu with Hamptons-style vibes \u2013 heaven! Other great local options include Bombini<\/a> (just near Avoca) and The Lucky Bee<\/a> at Frankie\u2019s Rooftop in Woy Woy (one of the latest additions to the Central Coast foodie scene).<\/p>\n

When the morning comes, if you\u2019re craving a strong coffee and a long, lazy brunch, follow the locals and grab a table at Bellyfish<\/a> in Terrigal.<\/p>\n
