Embark on a full-day excursion to experience the natural beauty of Wilsons Promontory National Park. Discover its abundant wildlife and vast forest surrounded by spectacular coastline and outer islands. Take time to explore the park on a guided rainforest walk.

Start your trip in the early morning with a hotel pick-up from Melbourne and journey to Wilsons Promontory National Park, locally known as "The Prom". Situated at the southernmost point of mainland Australia, this park is a wildlife haven, perfect for nature lovers.

Witness the panoramic views, pristine white beaches, coastal forests, cool-climate rainforests and well-preserved walking tracks that make this area a wonder of the natural world.

The best way to explore this park is on foot, guided along easy to medium-grade trails. Walk on the many spectacular tracks and hiking trails, such as Mount Bishop, Vereker Outlook and Pillar Point.

Be entertained by the pure-white quartz "singing" sand of Squeaky Beach as you walk towards Tidal River, the centre of the park. With a little luck, get close-up views of kangaroos, wombats and emus during your hike.

A good mix of different walks

The guide (John) was very knowledgeable of the area, providing us with a lot of information which added to the beautiful scenery.
