Had some confusion when we booked and got the wrong tour... company was very accommodating in changing from a night tour to the day tour... I was disappointed with the timing of the buses and the fact they didn't co ordinate transfers at designated transfer points... My bus got in and as we were getting off they sent the bus I needed to transfer to off... I had to wait 30 minutes for the next bus which ended up coming and going without those of us waiting for it to arrive... was very confusing.. I'm guessing that being off season there were limited buses and they were trying to keep on schedule.. still disappointing as I can't walk long distances and was excited to see parts of Washington I couldn't walk to.. really limited my trip..

The entirety of this review is weighed down by the simple fact that I had to get a printed copy of my ticket before they could process my trip. This required a trip to a Walgreens, dealing with two broken photo computers, and then going back with my 40 cent photo for the people running things to process it which took an exorbitant amount of time. They really should be able to go off of a persons phone, this is 2019!

The biggest problem is that their last bus departs at 4 pm. Yes, you heard me, 4 PM. Super early so everything you are doing revolves around finishing before 4 pm. When you get off the bus at one of the museum you will spend at least 2 or 3 hours. If you make two stops like that you don’t even have time to explore the entire city on the bus. So if you are considering visiting the museums then you probably don’t want to pay for the Big bus. Also, I purchased the City sight tickets (2 days) and although Expedia says that printing is not required the guy at the Union station still makes you print the voucher at Walgreens. And then he takes about 40 minutes to process your booking. Incredible waste of time. The night tour is also not worth it unless you didn’t have time to visit the Lincoln Memorial.
