Start your journey with a hotel pick-up and travel to the award-winning Featherdale Wildlife Park. Here, hand feed kangaroos, have your photo taken with a koala, and encounter other native Australian animals.

Next head to the UNESCO World-Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park and see native plants and animals on an easy guided bush-walk to Wentworth Falls. Leave the Blue Mountains behind and return to Sydney on a scenic cruise from Homebush Bay down the Parramatta River and into Sydney Harbour. Take in the unique views as you go under the Sydney Harbour Bridge and see the Sydney Opera House close up before your arrive at Circular Quay, where your tour finishes.

There are many trip companies to choose from. I checked my options. I didn't expect to have an additional part added, that cost more money... that had to be paid in cash. With 3 of us not doing this addition, we had to wait for an hour and then he almost forgot us as he was rushing off to pick the other guests up from the tram ride. I chose this excursion because I didn't want the tram ride. Then he dropped us off for lunch in a little town, another hour lost. The rest of the trip was okay although he told us he was not really in favor of animals in captivity which we went to see.
