Its quite ironic that I have had my first ever problem with Wotif and you are asking me for feedback.. On 9th March, I made two separate bookings for stays at the Darwin Airport Resort. I received a confirmation for the first booking but not for the second booking. Yesterday I rang Wotif and spoke to Prakash who confirmed that the booking was made and gave me the confirmation number. He was going to email the confirmation to me and also this survey. I received the survey email but have still not received the confirmation for my booking at the Darwin Airport resort for 6th April

I found a cheaper price on another website and as advertised the price was matched. This process was easy. Fast professional service.

Paid more that the listed price for the room. Had to call the hotel after booking to change the bed arrangement because the booking changed after I paid. In the end I still didn’t get what I paid for. What a pointless service. I’ll just be booking direct through the hotel from here on.
