It is very frustrating that your system does not show the distance the hotel is from a location point I nominate…only from the ‘city’
that would be so great!

it was so easy to book with wotif – we booked a 2hr extension – late checkout with our room & the hotel told us checkout was 11am – not the midday we were expecting when we asked about it they said “wotif should have stipulated a late checkout if available” – but why would you pay extra to “maybe” get a late checkout. other than this the hotel was great – right next to the sunny coast hospital & staff were great

Ease of booking and affordability.

I am very annoyed to find that Wotif debited my credit card in advance of scheduled arrival date, and after I had cancelled the booking.
