I like the fact you don’t have to wait for conformation from the owner..details are right there, you don’t have to wait at the owners discretion. And you have a choice of paying in full or making a deposit.

Had a very terrible experience with this motel, the pictures were different to what the motel had actually looked liked. On the website we booked on we ended up paying nearly double the real booking amount. Our bathroom had mould up to our knees & in the corner of the shower there were pubic hairs…. on our arrival to the motel the front desk lady was extremely rude and blunt towards my daughter & i. For a $200 a night motel i would’ve expected better.

It was quick and easy to use; we knew straightaway where we were with the booking. I was just surprised that we did not receive an automatic e-mail – in the past we felt sure that we had, even when we opted to pay on arrival.
