I made a booking for one single room. I then wanted to change it to two double rooms – same hotel, same dates. I could not see how to do this through Wotif. The email said to contact the hotel directly to cancel. I made a fresh booking and called the hotel -University House to cancel the first room. I should have been able to do this online through Wotif.

Well, the online booking is just fine and nothing spectacular.
I can’t fault the setup of the website other than have better pictures of the hotel rooms and amenities from the point of view of an educated customer. Don’t like pictures of food dishes or other people posing, etc
