Navigating through site was relatively easy. All information on the specific accommodation was relevant and well listed (apart from the level of the apartment). When I called up to Helpdesk to inquire they were reasonably helpful (they couldn’t tell me the level of the apartment either).
The email confirmation was prompt, both from the actual accommodation + from Wotif.

The prices were competitive and there was an extra 8% discount which made all the difference in where I stayed. However, I don’t like that their layout is exactly the same as lastminute.com’s. I’ve used Wotif on and off over the years and prefer their old grid presentation.
