Rooms are very small and bed is very hard. Staff are welcoming, speak good English and are very helpful. Hotel is a bit dated but great location close to Ueno JR station, close to subway and close to the market area of Ueno.
Great location if you haven’t been to Tokyo before. We were going skiing with 2 kids and it was fantastic to get the Narita express to Tokyo Station and find it a short walk from the platform. The next day the ticket office is outside your door and we could sort out our Shinkansen tickets without ...
Stayed with club lounge access- amazing. Every single member of staff I encounter treated me like royalty. So friendly, helpful and respectful..... hotel was in fantastic location overlooking imperial palace and walking distance to Tokyo station. Simply amazing!

This club lounge access had many benefits including breakfast every day in any of the restaurants in the ...
The property was near the station and very convenient. It is also near the heart of Shinguku, a great place to explore. The rooms were clean and well equipped.
