Definitely preferred the property when it was the Laugham. The decor now is really confused and has kept some of the Laugham furnishings but added modern stuff that just doesn't gel. Maintenance in the property was haphazard with taped fixtures in bathroom and we had to call maintenance to fix a ...
Great bathroom and great bed. Even thought there was construction in the area, we heard nothing in the room
No heating on when we arrived and apartment quite cold took two hours to heat. Marks on linen in main bed room was really disappointing. This was the penthouse suit I would expected a bit more.
Great place will stay again everything was clean and comfortable. handy to everything around us that we needed.
It was really nice to stay in a top notch motel without it costing us a small fortune. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The motel had a lovely atmosphere and vibe when you walked in.
Off the main drag. Close to shopping mall and supermarket. Close to wineries. In unit facilities great. Booking and paying extra for a car park, a bit annoying.
What i liked about the hotel was the restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast were very nice and it was very convenient to eat in house after a long day if travelling.
Very nice cafe and restaurant area. I felt the self check in machines were less than ideal because it was the only way to check out and even then it didn’t work and I had to go to the main desk who then told me I hadn’t paid. Quite frustrating.
A one night stay with no issues. Room was fine. Dinner at Good Home was good value for money.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and well appointed. I particularly liked the small balcony which opened from the Provence Room, it was a pleasant place to sit and drink a cup of tea. It was well situated and quiet, and I got a parking space both nights I stayed. ...
Close to all the main highlights of the CBD. Clean and tidy with easy parking
