A: Visit wotif.com/sport and find out if your club or athlete code is on in the list provided. For club managers or individual athletes: if your code isn’t on the list, please contact us here to find out if your club/athlete is eligible to participate.
A: Yes, the code can be used by club members or individual athletes, as well as their family, friends and supporters, for club travel, leisure travel and even business travel.
A: You can book accommodation, flights, packages, car hire and activities, both in Australia and overseas on Wotif.com/sport.
A: The amount you earn for your eligible club depends on the product you are booking. The following percentages of your total booking value will go to your club/athlete:
Car Hire: 3%
A: On Wotif.com/sport you can book a variety of products for groups, including accommodation, flights, packages, activities and car hire.
Accommodation: You can search for hotel bookings for up to 8 rooms and up to 14 people per room. As long as you follow the Booking Guidelines, a percentage of the total booking value will go to the Australian Sports Foundation as with individual bookings.
If you require 9+ rooms and select this option during your accommodation search, this will submit an enquiry to a specialised group travel team and a travel planner will be in touch to process your enquiry.
IMPORTANT: as Wotif’s booking process for 9+ rooms is a little different, please contact us here with your Wotif Itinerary Number and Club Code upon making your booking so Wotif can assist. This must be done to take advantage of the Wotif.com/Sport program.
Flights: You can search for flights for up to 6 adults and 6 children.
Packages, Car Hire & Activities: Options will vary by what you search for.

A: Yes, you can choose Giving4Grassroots™ which is the Sports Foundation’s community sport fund - it helps everyone from disadvantaged kids, girls and women, people with disabilities and indigenous or people from multicultural backgrounds to play sport. The code for it is ASF000182.
A: To generate the funds for your club, you can only apply coupons listed here:
A: The percentage of your total booking value that will be remitted to your club will be based on the amount that is charged to your card or pay pal account, not the amount displayed prior to entering any eligible coupon code.
A: Yes, the Australian Sports Foundation will still receive a percentage of your total booking value when the Wotif Price Promise is applied to your existing booking. Eligibility criteria apply to the Wotif Price Promise.
A: Where you have the option to pay upfront online, or pay later at the property, the funds will be remitted to the Australian Sports Foundation after you have completed your travel.
A: The program is not available through the Wotif App. It is however available on our mobile website. Simply visit Wotif.com/Sport in your web browser on your mobile, and follow the Booking Guidelines.
A: If your initial booking is cancelled and a new one created, it will cancel your transaction with wotif.com/sport and your club will not be eligible to receive funds unless your new booking was also made though Wotif.com/sport. If you create a new booking through the call centre or not on wotif.com/sport, please submit an enquiry here.
