Staff exceeded expectations: Check-in Desk, Restaurant staff, every person we saw greeted us and made us welcome. Coffee shop even made a decaf vanilla latte for us! Even Starbucks wont do that. Thanks for a great stay.

Front desk slow No signs on where to go for what. If you order food and have it delivered it's a pain to find and no one gives you a direct answer. Have to pay to park even though your staying at the hotel, should be free. And the quality of the room is a 2 just a normal hotel no bells and whistles not worth the price Pool very small and overcrowded
