Beautiful gardens, needs proper care

We had a lovely stay but there were a few areas that need attention. I felt like the rooms needed a bit more attention, eg, cracks in walls, dirty marks, unwiped desk areas with rings from old coffee cups, sagging mattress. Also breakfast was tasty but fairly small portions. It’s a premium price so should be perfect. It is however, a beautiful building and the common areas are beautifully decorated!

The arrival at night is challenging, very poorly lit with not much in the way of signage. Property and staff were amazing.
