Thanks for your review Kym. We are petfriendly accommodation, which is on all of our advertising, we do not hide it. . You were here in school hols. We don't centre everything around dogs, however I guess when you are travelling at peak times, when it is busy, there are more people and there pets around. Sorry you felt there was a doggy smell, we have stripped floors this week. There was a cross on the volume of the TV and the volume on the satellite box, all fixed. Thanks for the review.

Hi philomena, thanks for taking the time to post a review. Sorry you found the chalets depressing! We are in the bush, we arent contemporary appts in the city! There is cooking facils in each chalet. Only 3 days ago guests mentioned to me upon departure that they were very comfortable chalets!Being away the weekend you were in, the lady in charge is always very professional, friendly and accommodating, be interested to hear how the service was sloppy, if youd care to contact us.
