Advertised as a hotel but was really an apartment. No maid clean, no clean towels. Greeting on checkin was underwhelming. Kettle in room was full of slime. No room service, no phone in room.

Loud banging both nights, shower in bad condition, meal prices were steep, general condition of the room was fairly poor, not suited to a family with kid/s. Breakfast and price per night was a positive though

although we have stayed at Seashells previously, this was the first time under the auspices of Caves House hotel. As breakfast was included in our stay, we had the opportunity to get to know the Caves staff and management. They were a delight! Professional, courteous and thorough in all they did, it was a privilege to spend time with them. The outdoor entertainment was good fun, and we met some true characters, particularly the hotel owner! We will definitely be back to beautiful Yallingup!
