We left something at the hotel room but didn’t hear back from the cleaning staff. Hope hotel has secured it and will return to us soon. Other than that its an excellent hotel, best pet friendly hotel we ever stayed.

Amazing hotel, great staff, superb service.
Wow - amazing hotel in a fantastic location. Building itself is amazing - hotel staff super efficient and friendly. Complementary drinks a nice touch. Setting and rooms are amazing. Great restaurant in hotel and array of others on the dock round the corner. View from room amazing of the city. Can walk 1.5 miles to opera house through botanical gardens - lovely.100% stay here if we come back to Sydney. Wish this chain was in Europe!

When we first arrived, the first room which were given to us on the 3rd floor was leaking from the bathroom light switch so they switched us right away, then the new room they gave us also on the 3rd floor was not cooling properly, they did try to give us a Dyson fan to cool the room which was also not helping very much, then finally we were moved to another floor and the AC is finally working efficiently.. The breakfast provided with the stay was simple, but delicious, Ovolo perk allows each guest to order an egg dish and a coffee from the bar aside from the continental breakfast buffet. They have a laundry facility on the first floor and hotel guests can do laundries for free. Guests need to call for ice each time they need them, ice will be delivered to your room, the mini bar comes with lots of soft drinks that can be refilled for free so it is very convenient for travelers who do not have a car locally. The stay after they switched us to a cooler room was rather pleasant, but please note that the rooms do smell musty (some rooms worse than others) the building is rather old after all, but the view from the rooms are fantastic.
