This home being our listing, we can brag about in our special part of the world. 54 Kendall is nestled in between the pristine Wooli River and the spectacular Pacific Ocean with the Solitary Islands just out to sea

54 Kendall is located in the newer part of town where homes are surrounded by Yuragyir National Park and this home is a very short walk through the park to land straight on the beach. This home still has that new feel about it and is very modern with beautiful styling. 3 Large bedrooms.,2 bathrooms, open plan living, kitchen and family rooms - with a large outdoor entertainment area to take in the great outdoors. Sea breezes and the sound of the ocean makes 54 Kendall for a very cool, relaxing place to be on your well deserved holiday.

Weekend break
House very suitable for 2 couples Loved listening to the waves all night Didn't appreciate the outside blind banging all night in the wind, nor power being off 9am to 6pm (town-wide shut-down) nor needing a bucket to flush the toilets... The bucket, however, had a large crack, increasing the challenge!

Very Disappointing!!!
The agent was dishonest. She promised to refund the cleaning fee as the BBQ and stove were greasy, the hot water tap in kitchen didn't work and the domestic garbage bin overflowed on the front footpath and stayed that way for our 5 day stay. The garage door was broken resulting in an open garage for our holiday and builders next door left us with a dust covered car. With no response and false promises from Clarence Holiday Coast Real Estate we would avoid using them again.
