The whole experience was very commendable. The receptionist claudia, was so helpful and very pleasant. She went above and beyond. Breakfast was waitress service, so no walking about with your food. Again the waitress was helpful and pleasant. The 3 stars seem inadequate. Furnishings are great. Impressive. I would recommend Ely House Hotel. It was close to a great restaurant and a charger for the electric car.
