Pros - beautiful county manor only 5 minutes away from M4. - Plenty of parking - Good Wi-Fi - Nice hot power shower Cons - Room wasn’t the cleanest - Very dated decor, needs updating - Room was cold when we arrived, however we put the radiators on max heat and within a couple of hours it had warmed up - No staff onsite overnight? You’re given a phone number to call in emergencies…

Atmospheric and cosy - this is a little gold nugget in hotel Accommodation. Staff were attentive and flexible. The room was clean, serviceable and warm. I shall definitely return.

Nice location , poor standards in room.
Been here in the past a number of years ago which prompted me to stay again. This stay was not as good the room I was in needs some redecoration, had stains on the walls, nowhere to do any work had to sit on the bed, it was a very cold room. Only good thing was the bed was very comfortable. Won't be staying again unless changes are made

Fab Hotel in fab location, lovely rooms, nice bar area, BUT, very peculiar breakfast options!!! £14.00 for Continental and if you should wish, having already paid £14.00 for continental you can then upgrade to cooked for another £10.00!!! Very odd arrangement indeed! Needless to say I decided not to take breakfast at potentially £24.00!
