Run down, food off and on...hot main, cold sides (that shouldn't be cold). Screwed up reservation, lost room, tried to fix it...staff was nice, tried their best, were a little green. I don't think I'd book this place again.

Sadly there was a number of things that did not work in the residence:TV, fireplace, main light switch in bathroom, shower handle, microwave and dishwasher (broken glass in there). For a resort such as The Ritz Carlton this is really not up to standard. Staff was very friendly, but unable to fix these items after multiple attempts. Out of the three days we stayed, we spent more than half a day attempting to fix at least some these things. The hotel is very outdated with cracks in the bathtub and dusty carpeting - had allergies all night due to the dust. Does not have a 5 star feel, small rooms with tiny balconies with hardly any standing room (no room for chairs or anything). The staff was amazing, especially room service staff, went above and beyond.
